What do we do

  • Curated, de-risked deal access: origination in value-add/flips, rental (yield), change of use, subdivisions/horizontal division, distressed/auctions, unfinished properties (stalled/incomplete works), occupied properties (legal or not), and credit assignments (NPL/mortgage and receivables).

  • Full Underwriting & Due Diligence: legal, technical/urbanistic, and tax, with sensitivities, IRR and MOIC, scenarios, and risk matrix, including specific plans for occupancy regularization and construction completion roadmaps.
