Curated, de-risked deal access: origination in value-add/flips, rental (yield), change of use, subdivisions/horizontal division, distressed/auctions, unfinished properties (stalled/incomplete works), occupied properties (legal or not), and credit assignments (NPL/mortgage and receivables).
